With over 21 years of experience in the insurance industry, I am a seasoned professional with expertise in customer service and account management. As a business consultant at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, I supported the sales and retention of small group and mid-sized accounts, developed and executed strategic plans, and delivered presentations and proposals to clients and brokers. I also partnered with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance. Prior to that, I was a small group account manager at Aetna Life Insurance Company, where I managed a portfolio of over 300 accounts, negotiated renewals, resolved issues, and increased retention rates.
