About Bartosz Janik

I’ve spent most of my professional life in IT. I’ve had an opportunity to work with both hardware and software aspects of the industry. I find the software part more interesting. Early in my career I’ve decided to learn broadly about IT. This decision resulted in me trying multiple roles and taking some (not always obvious) turns over the last 20+ years. Work I did included: computer assembly, network cabling, ERP implementation and customization, network/system administration, software development, IT project management, being a scrum master, software development team management, system integration development, a touch of robotic process automation and more. In my work I focus on automating repetitive tasks, proactive problem solving, process improvement and delivering value to end-users/customers. I find great satisfaction in helping others find ways to improve their professional life.
