A far-reaching vision of the future of business will certainly depend on the digital transformation of everyday life. The technological development of society and the economy is one of the most dynamic changes of our time. It opens new possibilities in creating new business models, but also brings uncertainty and some kind of barriers/threats, implementations of digital revolution solutions in the form of: social effects of automation of manufacturing processes, or broadly understood security. A common barrier to acceleration and introduction are the people themselves, whose beliefs, established corporate culture, and reluctance to change slows down the whole process. Currently, the key factors driving the development of the digital economy are: internet of things (IoT), applications and services based on cloud computing, Big Data Analytics, automation, and robotization. When it comes to supporting the operations of the new business model, thus entering the era of digitization and new technologies - solutions for implementing ERP systems - i.e. Business Central, which is complementary to Microsoft applications - Power Platform. Modern reporting, which is an essential element of enterprise information policy, cannot be overlooked. Solutions that support business data analysis and reporting include Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud. Thanks to modern reporting tools, based on machine learning technology and artificial intelligence, they allow you to better understand your own business, simplify access to key information and make informed business decisions (65% of respondents say that their company data allows predicting future trends)! Undoubtedly, activities related to digital transformation are designed to effectively use solutions based on digital technologies. As a result, enterprises change their business models, introduce innovative products or services, and implement new customer service methods. These are some kind of efficiency measurement that companies take into account when implementing digital transformation solutions. I look at issues related to business quite pragmatically. This is related to my business experience and the fact that I am Researcher.
