Currently workin' for PZU - The Biggest one main Insurance company in Poland. looking' for new challenges agreed and stabilisation with my qualifications. Sth more about me below (please read of my last PZU expiriencies): During the last few years I’ve gained a lot of management experience in international environment. I am IT Manager supervising the work of IT Department in Poland as well as the whole international IT team consisting of IT specialists in Germany, UK, Benelux countries and Hungary. Except for human resource management my everyday work involves supervision over very complex IT projects in Poland and other European countries (the most important ones in 2009 included opening of 9 new Decathlon stores in Poland and first Law Cost Store Kooza in Katowice based on Linux platform). My other responsibilities cover internal client management, consulting, budget planning and controlling, business negotiations, cooperation with external companies, and many others. I have wide experience in working with technical as well as non-technical management daily. In addition to that I posses outstanding IT skills in various Information Technology areas. I consider myself an expert with various servers and systems as well as Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook. I am also very proficient in Photoshop and Corel Draw. I am highly-motivated, self starter able to manage complex, deadline driven projects. I am accustomed to managing teams ranging from 4 to 50 members and working under extreme deadline pressures on complex IT projects.
