About Basel Ariqat

Armed with a Computer Science degree from Princess Sumaya University for Technology, my journey has been defined by a relentless pursuit of innovation within the realm of machine learning. At Parloa, I spearheaded the refinement of the NLU component, significantly mitigating security risks and paving the way for more effective refactoring, directly contributing to a more robust and secure product architecture. Previously at Capella Solutions, my expertise in natural language processing (NLP) and optical character recognition (OCR) empowered us to extract valuable information from extensive PDF datasets, enhancing the customer experience and reducing churn. These strategic enhancements are a testament to my commitment to leveraging technology to solve complex problems, improve efficiency, and deliver tangible business value.
