Widespread 20 years professional experience in Hospitality, Tourism, Customer Relations, Sales & Marketing. My hands-on tourism experience is equally divided between the areas of both B2B & B2C. My B2C exposure Starting with Retail at Emirates Holidays Travel Stores; moving towards my last exposure as an Entrepreneur & Business Owner with Travel Counselors. Additionally, I have gained substantial experience in developing B2B relationships during my Hotel Representation Experience with dnata Travel where I got the opportunity to perform as a dynamic link between dnata’s strategic partners, stakeholders & venders while increasing exposure & market shares for Hotels’ Partners in the GCC Region. I am highly motivated driven performer with an established track record of excellent interpersonal & team-work skills, coupled with a strong pro-active & ownership approach to work that drives results without compromising on quality & service. My core passion lays in Service Delivery whether its for customers’ journey experience or to unlock potential & well-being of team members towards achieving their professional & business goals which; in return, supports the vision of building dynamic teams that will contribute to the overall commercial success of the organization.
