About Basel Barake

Basel is a mechanical engineer to whom sales represents an avenue for his greatest strengths. He studied mechanical engineering in the American University of Sharjah and graduated in December 2020. After his graduation and before joining Taqeef, Basel sought to learn more about HVAC by spending his time at engineering sites and learning about the processes, equipment, and methods used to design, install, and test HVAC systems. He pursued this knowledge in order to maximize his understanding of HVAC systems which would aid in his success in sales. Basel is a Palestinian who was born and raised in the UAE, making him familiar with the culture and environment in the country. Basel is first and foremost a driven individual, but he perceives team harmony to be just as important and works to establish an environment where people’s collaborative efforts push them further than they would achieve by working alone. He believes constant improvement to be integral to success, always looking for more effective ways to accomplish his goals and aiming to raise the ceiling of what is possible in the context of his work environment. Basel is someone who greatly values and respects the knowledge of his more senior colleagues, always looking to integrate their experiences with his own in order to maximize his own abilities.He hopes to use his intellect and hunger for knowledge to add more value to Taqeef as a whole, and to inspire others the same way he was inspired by the success of the industry giant that is Taqeef.
