Basem Halawa, M.B.A, M.Sc, P.Eng, is a Hydrotechnical Engineer at BGC Engineering Inc. in Calgary, Alberta. He holds an MBA from Oklahoma State University and an MSc in Water Resources Engineering from the University of Calgary. Basem is a licensed Professional Engineer in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Egypt. He has extensive experience in water management, hydrologic and hydraulic studies, and risk assessment.
