I am a trainer and project manager at Epic, a leading provider of digital health software for healthcare organizations. I have a bachelor's degree in communication and media studies from the University of Michigan, where I received the Mark Foote Distinguished Thesis Award for my research on social media and health communication. I have strong skills in project management, communication, software, and data analysis. In my current role, I work as a technical trainer at Epic, where I lead in-person technical application training, resulting in the successful certification of hundreds of system analysts, internal employees, and operational leads. I also upgrade technical lesson plans and curriculum books for application analyst training, enhancing training materials' relevance and effectiveness. In addition to my trainer tasks, I am the lead project manager on two software implementations, where I collaborate cross-functionally with technical support, analysts, and operational leadership to execute and review WBS, task assignment, and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met. I also utilize my project management, software, and data analysis skills to ensure internal and external stakeholder satisfaction and internal performance metrics are achieved. Before joining Epic, I was a project analyst at Ford Motor Company, where I integrated multiple project schedules using software tools to resolve timing issues, and provided technical support to engineers to ensure timely and accurate BOM development, management, and delivery. I am passionate about improving the quality and efficiency of healthcare delivery through innovative technology solutions. I value teamwork, learning, and diversity, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I am fluent in English, Arabic, and American Sign Language.
