I am an experienced leader with a track record of leading high-impact programs in challenging environments, based on over nine years of experience across a variety of positions, donor portfolios, and locations. I have taken on increasing responsibility over the years. I am adept in program development and implementation, finance management, logistics and procurement, human resources, safety, monitoring and evaluation, and administration fields. I am socially adept in diverse environments, with sound judgment and excellent communication skills. Throughout my humanitarian career, I have demonstrated experience in advocacy and coordination with donors, government and de facto authorities, as well as national and international NGOs. Additionally, I have been trained as a Code of Conduct focal point and investigator in multiple contexts.
