I have always dreamed of being an effective IT Specialist, and coming to Germany helped me get a good learning opportunity in IT (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) In the Past, I spent about 8 years in another branch, which was also one day my interest: English Language and Literature (Bachelor - ESL Teacher), then I decided to shift to IT. In my Ausbildung as Fachinformatiker in IAL, I learned for about 3 years, the method of education was great, as I did Theoretical Part in the Institute combined with Practical application in three different Companies during my study period. In these three years, I learned a lot of IT Major Themes. After graduation, I had a good opportunity to work in IT-Services Company, where I integrated into the labor market and learned more about the demands the Consumers. I spent there three years of extensive work and learning e.g: NAS Storage, Switches, Routers, Windows Troubleshooting, MS Office, AVG + Avira + G-Data antivirus, Hardware Maintenance, WLAN…etc. I also learned protocols for dealing with customers and helping them on Site and per Remote Support, and how to deal with manufacturers and raising complaints to them and registering & checking Warranties.etc. After three years of extensive and organized work and learning, I found a better job opportunity at a leading global company AMS OSRAM. I am currently working as an expert in the Local Technical Support department. Where we work according to accurate and complex support protocols with a large team of specialists engineers and specialists) in more than 15 Sites over the World. In my Place in LTS-Team, we are in direct contact with users as we take care of their PCs, Network, Cloud, AD, Printers, and Mobile Phones…etc. We do many different tasks: Windows Installation Troubleshooting & Configuration Active Directory, Office 365, WLAN, DHCP, Domain Users, Local Admin rights, VLAN, VPN, Hardware & Software installation, …and more. In addition to all what I learned from my Jobs, I like to continuously learn by Self-Study Courses such as: CCNA & MCSA Preparation, Online Marketing, Hyper-V, Data Recovery, Backup, Synchronizing …etc. I am a person who is always opened to new experiences and tougher challenges. IT is not only a repair or support workshop, but a person can also undertake administrative or educational positions that can increase and deepen his experiences.
