I am an innovative and driven Information Security, Data Protection, Senior Organisation and Project Manager with experience and particular expertise credited to information security regulation (i.e GDPR) compliance, IT governance, human rights, democratic issues within the Information technology and development industry. Having successfully led and mentored high performance teams, I possess the patience and ability to encourage team collaboration and to improve operations thus resulting in the development of robust and productive relationships. I increased organisation performance by 50% within three months of my professional inputs in my current job. In each of my positions, my drive, application and strong analytical skills have seen me achieve remarkable successes (at least 50% peformance increase) in in the timely delivery of complex, cross-functional, and matrix-managed projects.
