I am working as a Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager with: • 7+ years of work experience in software industry, • Hands on experience of Agile adoption and implementation. • Have proven experience in Agile process development and implementation to support development teams. • Working with cross-functional teams and delivering high quality software development projects from initiation. • Work closely with the clients and carry out meeting sessions when required. • Optimizing JIRA to suit perfectly to team requirements and create useful metrics for Agile team working and improvement. • Supporting the Product team in the requirement development, product scoping and planning, plan implement implementation and reporting. • Participate with the Product Owner in creating an understandable backlog with a clear definition of done to all stakeholders during the Product Backlog Refinement session. • Run Sprint Planning and ensure the participation of all developers making sure their actual involvement in task sizing and any planning assumptions. • Teaching my team and organization members on Agile, Scrum, Kanban and other agile methodologies through running knowledge transfer training sessions using my presentation and tutoring skills. • Empowering the team by guiding them to own their own daily standup sessions, hold themselves accountable for tasks in terms of implementation, bug fixing and reporting. • Ensure the deliverables are presented to customers and concerned stakeholders during the Sprint Review session and work with PO to capture proper feedback, making sure it is well documented and reflected in the product backlog. • Inspecting the last sprint, discussing what went /didn’t go well in order to increase the team’s effectiveness in term of delivery and predictability during Sprint Retrospective. • Reflecting all project epics, features, user stories, tasks and bugs on Azure DeVos and ensure they get updated, reflected on a Kanban board and maintained by the team.(Also having the knowledge to do the same on Jira).
