It is my joy, after travelling the world and having had many adventures both inner and outer, to now be offering in the quiet of my studio an opportunity to assist you in the greatest journey of them all, into the oceanic landscape of yourself. I will be your guide, through the medium of massage, breathwork and meditation, including techniques and skills I have learned in India, Japan, Europe and America for you to explore and enter your inner world, where in deep silence you will have the opportunity to encounter your own wisdom, truth, answers to questions and be united with your innate healing, creativity, self worth and joy and ultimate connection to life. A mini holiday from an hour to a whole day, tailor made to suit your needs and unique requirements. As you enter the room you may leave your bags of challenges and cares at the door and as you leave to return to everyday life, you can pick them up with a lighter touch and new perspectives. Rather than a temporary tan, you will be nourished and renewed by an ongoing sense of well being and resolution. Gates will have opened onto pathways to physical and mental peace.
