Over 45 years in the Building Industry. Experienced in all phases of Architectural Design, Practical Construction, Contract Administration, Construction and Project Management as well as Practical Field Experience and Supervision. In-depth background experience with large Architectural Firms. Developed and Constructed Projects of all types, from inception to completion. Sound and complete working knowledge of on-the-job and on site supervision. Extensive background with varied projects, clients, homeowner associations and government agencies. Consult and act as a forensic expert witness on architectural and construction default litigation matters,( by invitation only). AIMS AND OBJECTIVES Prior CA State Licensed qualifications both as an Architect and Building Contractor, I specialize and concentrate on practical General Contracting oversight and Construction and Project Management, in order to provide clients with sound, professionally administered projects, with completed contracts, utilizing the most efficient systems, within projected time frames and within budget. Specialties: I have extensive experience in Design/Build Architectural experience, have been a General Contractor and Real Estate Developer for over 45 years and also consult as an Expert Witness on architectural procedural and construction related issues. Currently working as an Owners Representative, Project Manager and Construction Manager.
