Energy Storage - Process Development Engineer - Electric Vehicles I have been leading Manufacturing Engineering activities for Energy Storage Systems for new vehicles and model year programmes. It is full program lifecycle management from concept and development to industrialization. Key deliverables include design, develop and implement manufacturing production processes and associated equipment to enable successful launch of new products, ensuring feasibility of all designs to suit manufacturing build requirements, Design for Assembly and compliance with Bill of Process, creation of process, tools, jigs & fixtures, quality, data analysis and reporting of major issues, deployment of failure mode avoidance tools, support of cross-functional teams in the resolution of those issues on projects and the tracking of resolution through to completion. Assembly & Test processes, headcount, and layout for greenfield project launch in conjunction with global technology industrialization partners within automotive industry. In the past I have managed teams within Production and Supply chain to optimize business process and deliver productivity targets within various world leading industries.
