In my current role of H2 Platform Technical Manager at Saint-Gobain, I am responsible for developing Hydrogen innovative solutions with the objective to provide sustainable energy solutions to the market. Some details of my skills: • Batteries: Development of cutting edge all-solid electrolytes with polymer / ceramic. • Aerospace: Development of 3D complex composites for aerospace via knitting technology. • Building materials: anti corrosion paint for silver mirror, insulation solutions (glass wool, expanded ceramics, etc.), organic coatings for water transport cast iron pipes, anti-shatter glass coating, TPO and liquid applied roofing membranes, etc. • Cool roof: Competencies in cool roof solution for energy efficient solutions to mitigate the urban heat island effect. Formulation, pigments technologies and other high-end reflecting technologies. • Coating technologies: Strong knowledge in liquid paint and powder coating technologies for various types of substrates even sensitive ones. Solutions to replace bisphenol and other toxic chemicals in coatings while reaching similar performances with lower CO2/COV plant emissions. • Elastomers: Development of silicones and other elastomers chemistries for high performances elastomers wearing harsh environments. • Ceramics: Combination of polymer/ceramics materials to reach outstanding final properties composites for high performance solutions. • Replace fluorinated polymers: Development of PTFE and PFAs alternatives for a large panel of applications such as building materials, transportation, and life sciences. • Creation and leader of an extrusion/injection R&D laboratory to meet the needs of customers and for new products- My skills also include: • Previously researcher responsible of the design of new polymer electrolyte at Hydro-Québec, the fourth largest hydropower producer in the world. • Strong background in lithium batteries development, such as material synthesis and characterization, electrode coating and fabrication, cell deign, assembly, testing, and test methods development. • Extensive experience in organic and organometallic chemistry, colloid and polymer synthesis, and nanomaterials. • Expert in material characterization techniques such as: SEM, AFM, FTIR, UV/VIS, RMN, DLS, GPC, DSC, TGA, DMA, tensile test. • Manage multiple projects concurrently and meeting milestones. • Experience in managing teams. • Excellent written, communication and presentation skills. • Highly motivated, energetic team player and very creative.
