About Basilio Penuelas

With over 16 years of experience in materials, processes, and physics engineering, I am a passionate and results-oriented leader who drives process improvement and innovation at Boeing. As a Materials And Process Engineer Manager, I oversee a team of engineers who solve complex production issues, design ergonomic solutions, and implement safety engineering best practices. I leverage my skills in six sigma, lean six sigma, statistical process control, and data analysis to optimize the performance, quality, and efficiency of Boeing's products and processes. I also have experience in creating and executing capital plans and projects, involving the acquisition and installation of new equipment and technologies. My mission is to apply my engineering expertise and management skills to deliver excellence and value to Boeing and its customers.
