About Basilla Cheng

Hi, I am currently working in assurance at EY’s Bristol office and hold degrees in MA Law and BSc Accounting and Finance from the University of Bristol and University of Exeter respectively. I am an active participant in leadership and volunteering roles in university and have therefore possessed numerous leadership qualities (particularly cross-cultural awareness, interpersonal skills and pitching) that I hope to excel in my career. My interests include content creation, music and raising mental health awareness. Being a Hong Kong native in the UK, I have also developed a passion to improve international student/staff’s wellbeing at both university and workplace by actively engaging with international student support departments, DE & I Team and being a student ambassador.
