Currently, at Vetic, I lead the national Experience team, driving operational excellence across all clinics. I specialize in building proactive escalation prevention systems, analyzing customer feedback to improve NPS, and crafting scalable SOPs that enhance service delivery. My strength lies in cross-functional execution—working closely with Product, Marketing, and Ops to ensure that CX is embedded into every customer touchpoint.
