I have worked seven years as a Customer Service Representative, Live Chat Agent and Virtual Assistant. I had started my career with LiveAdmins and worked there as a live chat agent for two years. I started working as a freelancer on Upwork in 2018 and got Top Rated with my Skills. I was hired by Legacy Global Sports and worked for them for two years as a Live Chat Agent and handled their chat support individually until COVID came. I worked with Joolca, Plickers, Hammer Corporation, Glimpse, PSE Event Housing and different e-commerce business. I handled their emails, chats and ticketing system. I believe that customer Service is the most important part to a business as it inspires customers' loyalty which in return helps the business grow. I believe start ups should be giving first importance to their customer service as it will build a rapport with the customers and a valuable feedback will be received which will help start ups to increase their business. The happier the customer, the bigger the business.
