I led diverse cross-functional teams, developing and redesigning processes that optimized resource allocation, and improved process efficiency. Fast-tracked through 2 promotions, I eventually led the development of a $200M hydrogen infrastructure project, overseeing full project lifecycle - from permitting, vendor coordination, and scheduling to capital budgeting and stakeholder engagement. That’s where I learned how to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder projects under pressure, even while navigating cross-border challenges and regulatory complexity Driven by a desire to tackle high-impact business challenges at a global scale, I pursued my MBA at Yale university and joined BCG, where I currently advise organizations on enterprise growth strategy and end-to-end process transformation My recent works include: 1.
