As a PhD candidate in Gender and Diversity Studies with an MBA, I am dedicated to bridging the gap between academia and business to promote gender equity and inclusive leadership. My interdisciplinary background allows me to approach challenges from both a scholarly and practical perspective, enabling me to develop strategies that foster diversity and inclusion in various settings. My Academic Journey I am currently pursuing a PhD in Gender and Diversity Studies at University of Oviedo, where my research focuses on the portrayal of women in Moroccan news media and the challenges faced by female journalists in a conservative society. This work involves a mixed-methods approach, including semi-structured interviews, ethnographic observation, and content analysis, to provide a comprehensive understanding of gender representation in media. My Professional Background In addition to my academic pursuits, I hold an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University, where I specialized in Organizational Leadership and Business Strategy.
