About Bassell Ajlani

I work at the intersection of customer success, solutions delivery, and revenue ownership.Over the past 10+ years, I’ve partnered with enterprise and mid-market customers across EMEA to drive adoption, retention, and expansion for SaaS and cloud platforms. My focus is owning the full customer lifecycle — from onboarding and implementation to renewals and growth — while acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. In my current role, I lead complex customer programs, manage executive relationships, and work cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and support teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. I’m particularly strong at translating business needs into scalable solutions and identifying expansion opportunities through data and usage insights.Previously, at Microsoft, I supported large-scale digital transformation initiatives across the education sector, including rapid cloud deployments during COVID and long-term platform adoption programs.I’m most effective in roles where I can combine customer strategy, commercial impact, and execution — especially in SaaS, cloud, and enterprise environments.
