Currently I am employed as Head of Electrical Products Sales. I have a strong understanding of organizational culture and structure, and I believe that my skills and experience gained across 20 professional years qualify me to lead for similar roles & to align well with the company's culture. I have acquired and developed strategic management skills along the road, skills concerning establishing and managing long-term customer relationships, sustaining profitable business growth and strategic plans implementation. One of my proud achievements as a sales manager in ABB was that within a period of 4 facial years, we succeeded in increasing the Sales budget (160%) by proper business growth strategies and effective go-to-market model implementation. In addition to, top & bottom lines KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) budget successful achievements, for 2 consecutive years, that had put our division on top of the list as the best LSU (local sales unit) performer for both orders growth and profitability in MEA (Middle East & Africa) region. I am eager to keep on learning that is why I had applied for a Master of Business Administration degree at University of the People UoPeople, CA, USA – Now I am MBA Degree Seeking Student (DSS); Academic status: SAP (Satisfactory Academic Progress) and will earn my degree by Sept.
