Global Industrial Engineering leader with a strong track record of building high-performing teams and turning underperforming departments into trusted business partners. As the first Head of Industrial Engineering at Magnetec, I established a new central team and rebuilt local units across four international sites. I introduced global standards, built trust and alignment through diplomatic leadership and transformed the department from a perceived "non-performer" into a reliable driver of stability and progress. In previous leadership roles, I united fragmented teams, built a resilient culture of trust and collaboration, and achieved 100% retention within my team while continuously expanding responsibilities and influence. As a result, we were able to improve Overall Equipment Efficiency from 60% to >80%. Earlier in my career, I gained a strong foundation in data-driven problem solving.
