I never imagined I’d end up in the oilfield—let alone leading one of the largest remote operations in Pakistan. My journey began with a love for psychology and storytelling, but somewhere between polymer engineering lectures and a growing curiosity for how things work, I found myself captivated by the world of energy. Currently, I’m a Job Delivery Lead at SLB, where I manage a $10M+ operation, leading a team of 50+, and proudly hold the distinction of being the first female manager at our Khaskheli base. I’ve led high-impact projects that blend field expertise with innovation—like digitizing global training programs using AI, aiming to reduce emissions by 1,500+ tonnes, and saving nearly $800K annually in global training costs. I’m deeply passionate about sustainability, data-driven decision-making, and creating inclusive spaces for women in STEM. Whether I’m optimizing wireline operations or mentoring young engineers, I bring curiosity, empathy, and a drive to make things better. Outside of work, I write thrillers, get lost in historical rabbit holes, and reflect on the beautiful complexity of the human mind. I believe that the best engineers are also storytellers—because every challenge has a narrative, and every solution begins with understanding.
