About Batool Mattar

I've had the opportunity to directly observe the needs, demands, and aspirations of women, thanks to my more than three years of work as an Admin and Programs Coordinator for "Challenge to Change," a Swiss NGO for women By giving women a place to develop important life and work skills, employability, technical, and entrepreneurial skills, as well as tools to overcome obstacles from within, we have effectively supported women in their efforts to change their lives, be the best versions of themselves, and contribute to a better society. In terms of my administrative and coordinating abilities, I am skilled at spotting new business opportunities and closing deals. I am also very familiar with assisting the completion and implementation of a variety of processes and activities. I have two qualities that have made it possible for me to significantly contribute to the development of both my current and former employers - although I am a self-driven individual, I also enjoy working in teams and consider myself to be a strong team member. I interacted with many foreign and local managers (both medical and non-medical), physicians, dentists, patients, staff members, volunteers, trainees, trainers, and partners in my roles as a Programs Coordinator, a Public Relations Coordinator, and a Dentist. I quickly established myself as an effective, enthusiastic, and strong leader because I have excellent written and oral communication skills and frequently deal with clients and/or members from other countries.
