A recent graduate of The Ohio State University with a BA in Economics. I am starting my career with DHL Supply Chain working as an operational supervisor for Rodan and Fields in the Retail sector. I have gained numerous opportunities to learn and develop myself as a strong leader. I am driven, passionate and highly motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team setting. I have a proven track record of successful labor sharing experiences with chemical and energy and technology sector. As an immigrant from Myanmar, i understand and possess the skills to communicate effectively to people of all demographics and background. My ability to multitask and manage my time has given me opportunity to focus on multiple projects simultaneously without compromising attention to detail. I am data driven which allows me to see the bigger picture to attain targeted goals and achieve departmental efficiencies.
