Do what you do with an infectious passion and enthusiasm. I am accomplished professional with more than 15 yrs. of territory management experience and business development experience. My skills and training obtained over the last 20 years will add value to almost any organization. In my previous roles as a small business owner (construction, landscaping, and real estate management companies), Territory Manager (Safeco Insurance), and Sales and Marketing Manager – N.TX and OK (PURE Insurance), I gained the knowledge and experience I need to hit the ground running and start making an immediate contribution to the company as well as the team. The following are just a few highlights of my professional skills and achievement that I hope to bring to your company- Small business insight gained through hard knocks and ownership of multiple companies focusing of both product and services- Extensive field property claims experience and the understanding of the affects at both the carrier and agent levels- The ability to both empathize and lead distribution points with a common goal in mind while at the same time obtaining sales goals in a defined territory based on personal sales and marketing plans developed and implemented- Territory Management: proven winner in developing and managing large geographic areas.
