Background
About Baylee Corbridge
I want to work for a company where I feel valued and pushed to see my potential. I enjoy leadership positions giving me the opportunity to create a good culture and help others grow/thrive. I have over five years of management in the Food Industry, overseeing 30+ employees. I have completed my ServSafe, and have a good understanding on how to reach numbers & goals. Currently I am employed at AFCU where I have gained a year+ of management experience. I have completed over 200+ hours of training, including gaining my NMLS# and Notary. I believe my service goes beyond the expectation allowing me to create connections where members want to come back to me. I extend my service to the team, allowing a safe area to contribute and grow. This allows me to give crucial feedback, while maintaining a good relationship. This has overall helped my employee retention.
