She serves as a leader, advisor, advocate, and catalyst for change focused on instilling DE & I into global talent and business programs. Through storytelling and a focused data approach, Bayly has influenced Business Partners/C-suite and is a recognized thought leader in this space. Bayly has lived in South Africa, the UK, Germany, and the U.S, and has travelled extensively, especially throughout sub-saharan Africa. Bayly understands the global D&I landscape, particularly in North America, where she lived and studied. Bayly's career has been focused around business transformation, using technology and data to improve operations and impact. She has designed innovative strategies and metrics to evaluate ROI of initiatives, which has allowed her programs to thrive. Impact and sustainability have been fundamental to Bayly's success. Excellent business judgment, solution-oriented mindset and the combination of strategic insight coupled with the capability to dive into detail to drive operational excellence. Bayly brings energy and authenticity to the stage, and is continuously part of Company kick-offs, customer engagements, panel events - including audience. Outside of her work, she dedicates her time to mentoring and fundraising for young students in South Africa. She is also a passionate long distance runner and loves the outdoors.
