Work smarter, not harder.” Working as a sales director I had met so many salespeople who hadn’t been able to succeed despite of their efforts. Since I became a Sandler consultant I have met even more managers struggling with underachieving teams, hiring, lack of training and the greatest life killer – the lack of time. Then I have realized that people usually start solving problems from the wrong side. They want to cure results and not reasons behind them. Sandler is a company helping to uncover these reasons, find solutions, learn new skills, change habits and feel more comfortable and successful. I had been with Sandler for six years working with corporate clients. I loved my job;) I admire all people who are brave enough to change their professional life. Since I became a HRBP, I have been surprised a million times by people's creativity, but I also learned how to solve problems in every department of the company :) It hasn’t always been an easy way. Fortunately, I love to read, mostly history books. Reading gives me new ideas and a wider perspective. I am also an airplane pilot. This hobby taught me how to focus, how to process and proceed with no hesitation and how to leave my comfort zone. And finally, I practice calligraphy. It helps me to develop patience.
