About Bea Perez

As the Chief Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability Officer and member of the Executive Committee, I lead an integrated team across public affairs and communications, sustainability and partnerships to support The Coca-Cola Company’s new growth model and path to become a total beverage company. In this role, I align a diverse portfolio of work against The Coca-Cola Company’s business objectives to support brands, communities, consumers and partners worldwide. Building on a previous role as Chief Marketing Officer for Coca-Cola North America, I oversee the company’s sports and entertainment assets including partnerships with Olympics, Special Olympics and FIFA; and lead strategic and operational efforts for the Retail and Licensing portfolio of assets. I also direct the philanthropic efforts of The Coca-Cola Foundation in my role as Chair. Since 2011, I have served as The Coca-Cola Company’s first Chief Sustainability Officer, and continue to develop and lead progress against our comprehensive global sustainability goals with a focus on water stewardship, sustainable packaging, environment and women’s economic empowerment. My team is the driving force behind the Company’s World Without Waste program and Water Security Strategy, as well as other ESG-related initiatives. I am a strong advocate of community service, serving on a variety of community and national boards of directors with a special focus on helping to strengthen the Hispanic community. I also serve on the corporate boards for Primerica, Inc. and W.W. Grainger Inc.
