Hi! I’m Bea and I help people practice a healthy lifestyle by guiding them in their diet and physical activity. I'm a licensed Nutritionist-Dietitian in the Philippines and an Accredited Nutritionist in Singapore. I have 6 years of work experience that mainly involves clinical and corporate work experience when it comes to nutrition. Currently, I have a full-time job that involves nutrition data management, and research for Samsung Food and on time side, I accept nutrition counselling sessions and have been on multiple speaking engagements for different brands, TV stations and nutrition seminars for private institutions.
