About Bea Weisz

With over 25 years of hands-on experience in accounting, finance, and business consulting, I bring a unique blend of technical programming skills and deep financial acumen. My career began in computer programming, designing custom accounting solutions for small businesses and supporting Accpac users. This technical foundation quickly evolved into a passion for bookkeeping and financial management, leading me to master multiple accounting platforms including Simply Accounting, NewViews, Microsoft Dynamics, Oscar Enterprise, and QuickBooks. As a QuickBooks ProAdvisor for 25 years, I’ve guided countless businesses through complex financial clean-ups, process improvements, and software transitions. I founded my own consulting firm, helping organizations achieve clarity and control over their finances. For two decades, I was proud to be part of Premiere Executive Suites, rising to Director of Finance for Quebec and Western Canada, and ultimately National Operational Controller. I led budgeting, financial reporting, AR/AP supervision, HR collaboration, lease management, and government compliance. Most recently, I spearheaded the accounting setup for our newly amalgamated national company—ensuring a seamless transition for all branches. I am known for my dedication, integrity, and ability to solve complex problems with empathy and efficiency. I thrive on helping organizations streamline their operations, maximize their financial health, and empower their teams.
