I head up strategy and of Sales & Marketing Plans for our 700+ customers based across multiple verticals from Health Care and Technology to Financial Services and Restaurants too. My leadership style is focused on streamlining information with the goal of making it more actionable. The mention of terms like “business intelligence”, “data warehousing”, or “business analytics” cannot even be uttered in my household without one of my kids cutting off the conversation with an exasperated sigh of “not again”. I have looked at enough data, information, dashboards and reports to last me 10 lifetimes. However, being a Sales Director is not just about numbers or data-it’s about people, storytelling and making abstract information relatable to every level of the organisation.
