About Beat Gregoric

I've been the deputy head of customer service at Hotelcard for 4 years. In particular, I am responsible for the management of our four-language call center, including recruitment, training, promotion and further development of the employees. Together with my team, I was able to continuously improve customer satisfaction while at the same time further optimizing processes. I see my greatest strength in dealing with people in general. My calm and unexcited communication style allows me to turn even difficult customer discussions to the positive, close sales and get the best out of my employees.
