I am team manager in Amazon ADS, focusing on analysis and delivering data of the highest quality to several customers. I am cooperating with sites in Romania, Germany, Jordan and India. I have experience in working on improving the operation of Artificial Intelligence - in particular of virtual voice assistant "Alexa" for German-speaking users – working first as an SME, workflow coordinator, and now as team manager. I find a great pleasure in providing teams with solutions that let them work at their best. Furthermore, I like to meet new challenges and work with people highly motivated and result orientated. I am an urgent and precise person, willing to learn and develop myself, able to perform both individual and team work. Fully prepared to work in dynamic environment. I am a person full of ideas and focused on people, quality and continuous improvement of the supported processes. I am always looking forward to learned something new each day. Not only that, but I am also a certified online trainer. I conducted a number of webinars and stationary trainings in Warsaw, Nowy Sącz and Zakopane. Very good planning and management skills help me in co-organizing regional conferences, conducting stationary trainings and webinars on a national scale. In my free time I recharge my batteries by reading books, listening music and above all – spending time with people important to me.
