I'm a great believer in lifelong learning, self-improvement and wellbeing activities as a key to stay on the right way in life. Sometimes I'm in shoes of the business trainer or the lifecoach, or the resilience consultant. I'm keen on the neurosciense and mind techniques of HeartMath® Institute, and mind mapping of PRISM Brain Mapping - assessment tool. On an daily basis I share my time between managing teams and supporting individuals. I'm in favour of combining the knowledge - how to take care of mental and physical health in the organizations with practice based on the latest trends and medical technologies. Managing teams or supporting individuals as the coach I encourage people to make full use of their potential. My coaching programme is to help clients see possibilites, strenghen their capacity to act and their confidence in ability to achieve goals. I combine tools, techniques, methods of wellbeing and resilience with knowledge in the field of neuroscience and biofeedback. I'm passionate about supporting organizations in taking care of their employees' health - through webinars, workshops and online trainings as well as medical activities of the Wellsense Institute. Despite business coaching, I provide personal & life coaching to individuals seeking lifestyle change. I focus mainly on stress reduction, self-regulation, shifting out of negative emotional states and work/life balance to achieve wellbeing in life. My experience:Over 20 years of managing international and R&D projects co-financed by the European UnionOver 10 years experience in developing an IT start-up and constant effective teams building in the VUCA world.Coaching is my path of development and positive change.
