About Beatrice Stride

I recently finished my studies International Social and Public Policy at LSE, with a focus on behavioural public policy and policy research methods. I really enjoy engaging in qualitative research, and understanding the benefits of participatory research and ethnography in social policy. My hospitality experience has granted me some excellent skills, that allow to me work in high-pressure environments. I thrive on customer service and ensuring sites I work on receive excellent reviews. As a trainee manager, I have quickly learnt a variation of systems and skills in budgeting, inventory, staff management/development and events planning. I am looking to move away from the hospitality industry to use these skills in a role where I can be curious and contribute to a team to get things done. In my spare time I play bass in a variety of musical projects, and have a passion for supporting grassroots music venues and the key role they play in the UKs cultural life.
