About Beatrix Mzigot

Team Leader in logistics with 6+ years of experience. Built up two teams from scratch, including selecting candidates, onboarding, training and coaching throughout their career. Substantial experience in customer relationship management, tender management, and planning. Currently head of for 2 departments, with a total of 12 employees & growing. Planning, execution, and follow-up of 3 business trips to The Netherlands & Belgium with the scope of delivering presentations to customers about our services, review operations and talk about our potential future business opportunities. While working full-time, started and successfully obtained a bachelor’s degree (BA MCI). Over-achiever already from the start, 3 extracurricular activities already during my studies at FSEGA in Cluj-Napoca: GTK Business Consulting Club (together with the club, we analyzed the real estate market of Romania and presented the outcomes to the Minister of Finance in Romania & took part in several Case Study competitions), MarkeTeam (organizer of Case Study competitions and marketing-related projects), Perspektíva (journalist, learned to deliver results in a time-critical environment). I am thrilled to hear about new opportunities for personal and professional growth.
