As an Apple Certified Technician since 2014, I have gained valuable expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Apple products. I began my career as a technician at an Apple Authorized Service Provider in Fortaleza, Brazil, where I honed my technical abilities and developed a deep understanding of Apple devices. In this role, I was responsible for repairing various Apple products, ensuring compliance with Apple’s standards, and providing exceptional service to customers. Afterwards, I progressed to the position of Store and Repair Manager at Pineapple in Fortaleza. In this capacity, I managed both the retail operations and repair services, overseeing a team of technicians, handling inventory, and ensuring that all repair work was completed accurately and efficiently. My experience in this role has equipped me with strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage customer relations and resolve complex technical issues.
