About Beatriz de Poza

I work with entrepreneurs, business leaders, and professionals to maximize their strengths, skills, and performance and ultimately achieve greater fulfillment, development, and alignment in their professional and personal lives. I have coached more than 500 clients of 20 different nationalities on 4 continents. As a coach, I accelerate, inspire, and propel clients forward toward their dreams and goals by acting as a supportive ally, a challenging force, and an accountability partner. Throughout my whole life, I have lived and worked in 4 countries: Spain, the Netherlands, Luxemburg, and Barbados. Before becoming a professional coach, I worked for twelve years in 2 Fortune 500 multinationals, Amazon (Amazon Web Services) and Avery Dennison. In these companies, I gained global corporate work experience in different roles such as financial planning and analysis, project management, change management, product management, sales enablement, and strategic business development. Always working with global teams and supporting global leadership teams. After relocating to the Caribbean in 2017, I trained as a professional and Executive Coach. This career path combines my strengths, top skills, corporate experience, and interests with my passion for people and empowering others. I have always been people-oriented, had an endless curiosity for business management, and had a love for learning and self-growth. In leadership and career coaching, I have found my Soul Career. Now I am thrilled to be the Lead Executive Coach at Soul Career, a Jamaican-based company, and develop training and Coaching programs for individuals and Corporate teams. My next steps are doing more and more team workshops and Group coaching facilitation with our corporate clients. I hold an MBA from Webster University in The Netherlands, and a Master in Communications from Complutense University in Spain (graduated with Honors). I am qualified as a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation and a Prosci-certified change manager. I have a few psychometric certifications as well ( EMP, DISC, Shikkona).
