I am a Personal Development Enthusiast and a Compassionate Family Coach. I've worked with teens and young adults for 6 years in my management roles and 4 years in a school setting I've worked with parents and teens. This experience has taught me teens need encouragement and I created this business to help bridge the communication gap between parents and their teens. There is something bothering them and they do not tell you because well. you are their parent. When I was a teen, the communication with my parents was poor. Later on I realized, they were not able to understand my feelings and my experiences in school because they did not go through this. When they were a teen, they had to work to help feed their family in Mexico. There aren't any guide that tells you how to raise your teen.
