Establishing deadlines and priorities-Knowledge on equipment, supplies, & maintenance. Explain work requirements, methods, and procedures; instructs subordinates in new procedures; and provides advice when problems arise. Establish deadlines & priorities based on work schedules & policies. Review in progress & completed work. Ability to investigate work related problems to identify causes.
