About Beatriz Santos

I have a wealth of experience managing contract cleaning operations in London. I started as a site supervisor and swiftly worked my way up into management roles. During that time I have accumulated a range of cleaning, customer service and health and safety qualifications. My experience has included full operational responsibility for up to 300 staff and 80 client sites. I have been responsible for a range of different contracts, dealing with logistical client and employee issues at a number of sites, helping staff with personal development, providing an easily accessible point of contact for clients and ensuring excellent standards of service are delivered. I am always enthusiastic. I can be a hard task master but despite that I have close relationships with my staff, client and suppliers. Many members of my team are happy to tell you they hold me in high regard.
