I have always been passionate about Biology, I graduated in Biological Sciences with an emphasis on Microbiology and Immunology, after which I completed a Postgraduate Degree in Clinical Analysis. I am currently looking for a career transition to the area of Clinical Research, for this I completed the training course in Good Clinical Practice, provided by Fiocruz's EaD platform. And I passed the selection process for the training course in Clinical Research, intermediate level, offered by Hospital Alemão Oswaldo Cruz. In addition to having started an MBA in Project Management, I continue to seek to improve myself through other courses. I fit in entry positions as CRA, CRT and CRC. I worked as IC in a renowned laboratory, the Laboratory of Molecular Virology Plant, where I was in contact with important projects for plant virology and in collaboration with external groups of private origin. During this period I participated in presentations and conferences in the area, I had the great opportunity to present in English part of what would be my monograph project at the XXIX Brazilian Congress of Virology, obtaining the award for the best work in the area. Recently, I was able to work as an Operations and Pharmaceutical Innovations Analyst at FIOTEC. In my first position in this company, I worked in the sector of receiving samples of human origin, performing tasks such as receiving, inactivating, registering and processing samples from patients with suspected infection by Sars-Cov-2, the causative agent of Covid-19. After 7 months in this sector, I was promoted to the position of leader of the Molecular Biology Reagent Preparation room, a role that allowed me to develop my leadership potential, using excel spreadsheets to control inputs, receipt, checking and inventory control, filling of custody chains, logbooks and other documents to ensure the traceability of the procedures performed. email: beatrizthomeny1@gmail.com phone:(21)979520603
