About Beatriz Torres

Born and raised in the east zone of São Paulo, I've always needed to pursue knowledge to place myself in the job market. I found myself in the universe of Employer Branding and I act as coordinator of Employer Branding projects in the implementation, maintenance and monitoring of results, in addition to being associated with ABEB (abeb.com.br/), an association that observes and discusses innovations and insights on this universe. For me, long before salary and position, comes culture, people and experiences. I like diverse environments, with horizontal hierarchies, thinking about constant improvement and focusing on the solution. I feel comfortable in environments that respect and understand diversity (gender, age, LGBTQIAP+, PwD, color, etc.). My premise is transparency, truth, objectivity, solution focus, diverse thinking, active listening and continuous improvement!
