With a bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, a master's degree in Molecular, Cellular and Genetic Biology Research and a PhD in Biomedicine and Biotechnology, I have acquired a comprehensive vision that combines cutting-edge research with practical strategies for the management of R&D projects. My experience includes the management of multidisciplinary teams and the coordination of scientific initiatives in dynamic environments, always focused on excellence and results. I am currently part of the R&D&I department as a manager where I apply my ability to lead innovative projects, manage strategic resources and translate research into real impact. I am an organized, decisive person with a creative approach to overcome complex challenges.
